Assist with the coordination of
project reporting and assurance processes for the Corporate Project
Office
·
Provide specialist advice on how
projects are managed based on corporately accepted frameworks and
methodologies and provide advice on frameworks and methods
·
Provide project financial management
advice and support in consultation and collaboration with financial
services division.
·
Provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
The CPO Project Coordinator is a
high-profile position that will work across the business to ensure they:
·
Provide advice to Program/Project
Managers and project support staff in support of meeting corporate
project management requirements
·
Assist with coordination of the
monthly project assurance reporting for Customs Tier 1 and Tier 2
projects to the Operations Committee or Executive Committee
·
Monitor and track milestone plans,
risk and issue management, and dependency tracking at a corporate
project/program level through dashboard reporting
·
An understanding of managing change
across projects, portfolios and programs.
·
Assist in the support and monitoring
of project adherence to the project financial management framework.
·
Assist with the preparation for
Investment Review Committee Meetings.
·
Assist with developing project
framework templates and adhoc reports.
·
Provide support for the coordination
of gate reviews.
·
Provide administrative support to the
CPO team
.
